Schedule an Appointment

We are currently accepting new patients.


Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email me directly at jill@organicmynd.com.

  • Please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Thursday at 4:00 PM EST to avoid fees. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a charge for the full fee of the scheduled appointment. Please note that health insurance plans DO NOT pay for missed appointments; these charges will be entirely your responsibility.


Get a Refill

  • During your visit I will provide you with prescriptions for a supply of medication adequate to last until our next recommended appointment time.

  • If you run out of medication this is an indication that you are due for an appointment and refills will not be processed until you have an appointment scheduled.

  • If you require a refill between appointments please allow one week for processing of your request.

  • Please request a refill from your pharmacy. You must speak with the pharmacy staff to request controlled substance prescriptions.


Prepare for First Appointment

  • After the consultation, and treatment is deemed appropriate for you or your child, you will be invited to establish an account on the Patient Portal. Please complete the necessary new patient registration documents.

  • Please complete all registration documents (demographics, consents, scales) prior to your first appointment. You can email me directly with any questions at jill@organicmynd.com.

  • Please submit a list of you current medications, a list of your previous medications, and copies of any previous neuropsychological testing or diagnostics.

Emergency/Crisis Situtations

  • Emergency Contact: If you are experiencing an emergency and/or need immediate assistance for your own or someone else’s safety, please call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room.
