OrganicMynd offers medication management services for people ages 6 to 18. Some young adult and adult medication management services are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Consultation is required prior to starting treatment to ensure the right level of care can be provided by OrganicMynd. If a higher level of care is needed, this will be determined at this appointment.

Report Preparation and Extended Phone Calls
Cost: billed at pro-rated hourly rate of $200**

Financial Policies
Currently, we accept cash, major credit cards, HSA, and Venmo as forms of payment. No personal checks can be accepted at this time.
For in-person and telehealth visits: Payment will be collected at the start of the visit and is payable by cash, credit card, HSA, or Venmo for in-person appointments; and credit card, HSA, or Venmo for telehealth appointments.
Please note that there is a $2.00 fee added to credit card charges.
*For established cases without significant changes, patients are typically seen 3-4 times per year. For patients starting a new medication or needing significant medication changes, patients may need to be seen for 1-3 weeks following the start/change.
**This is typically NOT covered by insurance. A good-faith estimate will be provided, and payment is required prior to or at the time of service.
